Services
Outsourced fleet field operations.
For passenger cars and light commercial vehicles. Services can be delivered where your vehicles are parked, or by transferring vehicles to an approved facility — whichever creates less downtime for you.
Mobile vehicle cleaning
Completed where the vehicle is parked, or by transferring the vehicle to an approved wash facility. On-site work cuts downtime; transfer-based work gives access to professional wash infrastructure.

Damage and condition inspections
A standardized checklist, the same every time, with timestamped photographs. Use it before a rental, after a rental, at handover, at lease return, or as a recurring fleet-health check.
- Exterior damage inspection
- Interior-condition inspection
- Tyre and wheel inspection
- Glass and mirror inspection
- Warning-light check
- Missing-equipment check
- Fuel or battery level
- Cleanliness score
- Timestamped photographs
- Damage categorisation

Vehicle relocation
Verified drivers move your vehicles between authorised locations — within a service area, to a customer, to a branch, or to a service partner.
- Reparking vehicles within a service area
- Moving vehicles to high-demand zones
- Delivering vehicles to customers or branches
- Returning vehicles to fleet depots
- Taking vehicles to workshops and tyre services
- Moving vehicles to charging stations
- Moving vehicles to wash facilities
- Collecting repaired vehicles
- Supporting lease returns
- Airport and dealership transfers
Moving someone else's vehicle carries real liability. Under German road-traffic law, liability can fall on both the vehicle holder and the driver. So permissions, insurance, driver verification and incident procedures are defined in the contract before a single vehicle moves — not afterwards.
Workshop & appointment logistics
We manage the entire operational process around a third-party appointment, end to end, so your team never has to chase it.
- 01Receive or generate the service request
- 02Reserve the workshop or service appointment
- 03Assign an approved driver
- 04Locate and access the vehicle
- 05Conduct a pre-movement inspection
- 06Transfer the vehicle
- 07Manage key and document handover
- 08Track service status
- 09Collect the vehicle
- 10Conduct a return inspection
- 11Return or reposition the vehicle
- 12Upload proof and cost documents
Fleet readiness management
Outsource the responsibility itself, not just the tasks. A vehicle is marked ready only when it meets every condition you have defined.
- Sufficient fuel or battery
- Acceptable cleanliness
- No critical damage
- Correct parking location
- Valid documents
- No active warning alerts
- Correct tyre pressure
- Required equipment present
How pricing works
You pay a fixed price per completed task — not a retainer for a field team you only need some of the time. Prices depend on the service, the vehicle, the city and the density of the work, so we quote against your actual scope rather than publishing a list that would be wrong for you.
- A fixed price per completed task, agreed in advance
- Volume-based rates as task density grows
- Transparent add-ons: consumables, fuel, charging, parking and wash-facility costs
- Surcharges stated up front — for example urgent, night or holiday work
- A monthly platform fee for larger accounts that need API access and custom analytics
- A management fee on externally purchased services such as workshop, tyre or TÜV/HU work
- Dedicated capacity — a reserved operator, a night team or guaranteed daily volume
- One consolidated monthly invoice
Start with one location and 10–30 vehicles.
A pilot is the fastest way to find out whether this works for your fleet. One city, a fixed number of vehicles, two to four weeks, agreed unit prices, no integration required, and a performance review every week.
No integration. No long-term commitment. Clear expansion criteria.
