FreshFleet

Managed fleet operations

Every vehicle ready. Every task visible.

FreshFleet is the operational layer between your fleet and the ground. You define the operating rules. Our trained local teams clean, inspect, charge, refuel, relocate and deliver your vehicles — and every single task comes back to you with photographs, GPS coordinates, timestamps and a completed checklist.

  • Photo-verified completion
  • GPS + timestamped
  • Night & weekend windows
  • One partner, one invoice

The core proposition

You define the service rules. We handle the execution.

Instead of employing a field team or coordinating a dozen vendors, you give us your operating rules. Our platform turns those rules into tasks, assigns them to qualified local operators, tracks execution and returns verified results.

The core proposition

  • Which vehicles require service
  • What services are required
  • Service frequency or triggering conditions
  • Acceptable service times
  • Locations and operating area
  • Quality standards
  • Budget limits
  • Vehicle-access method
  • Escalation procedures

The problem

Fleet operations are held together by a patchwork of vendors.

One cleaning provider. One relocation provider. Several workshops. Separate charging personnel. Internal staff for inspections. Spreadsheets for scheduling, messaging apps for instructions, and email for evidence and invoices.

  • High administrative workload
  • Unclear responsibility when something goes wrong
  • Inconsistent quality between cities
  • Poor visibility into what was actually done
  • Missing evidence when damage is disputed
  • Delayed issue reporting
  • Excess vehicle downtime
  • Difficult invoice reconciliation

We replace that patchwork with one operating partner, one service standard, one reporting system and one invoice.

What we do

Six service lines. One accountable partner.

Passenger cars and light commercial vehicles. One operator visit can combine several of these — cleaning, an inspection, a fluid top-up, a charge and a reposition, in a single stop.

Mobile vehicle cleaning

Completed where the vehicle is parked, or by transferring the vehicle to an approved wash facility. On-site work cuts downtime; transfer-based work gives access to professional wash infrastructure.

Vehicle upkeep

Simple, non-mechanical checks and maintenance support carried out by trained field operators during a normal service visit.

Damage and condition inspections

A standardized checklist, the same every time, with timestamped photographs. Use it before a rental, after a rental, at handover, at lease return, or as a recurring fleet-health check.

Vehicle relocation

Verified drivers move your vehicles between authorised locations — within a service area, to a customer, to a branch, or to a service partner.

Workshop & appointment logistics

We manage the entire operational process around a third-party appointment, end to end, so your team never has to chase it.

Fleet readiness management

Outsource the responsibility itself, not just the tasks. A vehicle is marked ready only when it meets every condition you have defined.

Verified execution

Every task comes back with proof attached.

This is the part that separates us from a cleaning agency or a driver marketplace. Work is not 'done' because someone said so — it is done because the evidence says so.

Task recordVerified
  • Operator identity
  • GPS coordinates
  • Start and completion time
  • Before photographs
  • After photographs
  • Checklist answers
  • Vehicle mileage
  • Fuel or battery level
  • Damage reports
  • Quality score

Who we serve

Built for fleets that run on availability.

Strictly B2B. If your vehicles earn money only when they are ready to move, downtime is the thing we are paid to remove.

Getting started

We are a new company. So we ask you to test us, not trust us.

FreshFleet is early. We would rather prove the model on a handful of your vehicles than make claims we cannot yet back with a customer list. That is what the pilot is for: a small, fixed, low-risk scope where you can measure exactly what we deliver.

  • One city, one fleet location
  • 10–30 vehicles
  • One or two services
  • Two to four weeks
  • Agreed unit prices, fixed for the pilot
  • Weekly KPI report and a daily operational review

Start with one location and 10–30 vehicles.

A pilot is the fastest way to find out whether this works for your fleet. One city, a fixed number of vehicles, two to four weeks, agreed unit prices, no integration required, and a performance review every week.

No integration. No long-term commitment. Clear expansion criteria.
